Shipping policy

Orders pertaining to inventory held on hand will be shipped out within 3 business days. If the order is being shipped from off-site (our pump covers) they will be shipped immediately but have a longer shipping time (usually 2-3 weeks). Please allow up to 8 weeks for any item labeled a pre order to be shipped.

There are no refunds whatsoever and we are not responsible for a lost package.
